new message comming up after using mag254 for 2 yrs

my mag 254 was working good for 2 yrs and my new donations are good until march 2016 3days ago i turned on the mag 254 and the download bar did it thing now a message come up you must register device contact provider after 2 yrs of using it with no issues before can someone help me with this how to get rid of message would a factory reset help any help woud be appreciated

Sorry but I have I read this wrong are good until march 2016,but...... it's September 2016 and even if its a year problem 3 days to go???????.

i dont even think nfps/rocket/66 iptv have been around for 2yrs, lol, as suggested already do an iptv reset and see what happens
