I am a new mag254 box user. I have a new box but it would not work. When I plug it up a blue screen appears with the letters tftp load. its not moving. HELP!!!!!!! if this can't be solved can this box be replaced?

As the box boots, keep the menu button depressed? When you see boot mode, choose NAND2, save and exit.

I am setting up this mag254 box and have a problem linking the mac address to the box. How do I go about doing that? Additionally, i received a number to use as username and password but when i entered it into the box, it kept telling me error......how do I deal with this?

After reboot, the authentication box comes up and the number supplied for login and password is popping up as incorrect and an error message is flashed.....how do I link the mac address to the account?
