Mag 254 page loading error

Good morning, just attempted to use my Mag 254. Page loading error just came up followed by Internet not available, Ethernet enabled, IP not available...these were in red letters. I unplugged the Mag254 and did a reset after checking my donation, etc. I do not use WiFi it is hardwired. Any suggestions? Thank you It has been working great until this AM.

Just did what was suggested. Everything was rebooted. Still just the loading error. It says ethernet enabled and ip not available. I really don't know what this means? Thank you, Greg

Bad cable?

Well I tried two different ethernet cables which were both working on other devices and still no go. One question that I have is about the message that comes up below the page loading error message. It says ethernet enabled and below that ip - not available. I checked my donation number and it is still active for many months...lost for what to do...
