Same issue for 4 weeks now and nothing resolved

I've had the same issue for 4 weeks now and no resolution it's the same old thing 162,164 and a few news channels nothing else will load I need some help have had same set-up since May 2014 then did security change in April to email and order # and all was fine until 4 weeks ago have tried everyone's suggestion to no avail this needs to be addressed

Have you changed all the transponders they are all mpeg 4 now so another words all are H.D except a few

that sounds to me like a setting channel specific like educational /movies/ or adult that way only those channels will appear
What receiver are you using kodi?

Try "iptv reset" on the donation checker.

Shut down your device (critical to do this first), do an IPTV Reset at the Donation checker, wait about 15 minutes, reboot your modem and router, and then restart the device.

I have done several resets with boxes unplugged have never tried to rest modem but I'll give that a try thank you

Have done many resets and same results don't understand what is wrong URL is right I'm connecting to server fine from server page and from clicking on like tv icon connects instantly but will only give me 162 - 164 and some news channels I'm not that tech savy I've gone through al my settings and as far as I can tell everything is correct or it wouldn't connect to server

Have done so many iptv resets and no change the server connects from server page or by clicking on like tv but will only let me access channels162-164 and a few in 200s all news channels no us networks at all co fused because server is connecting instantly

Have you tried a Factory Reset? that might help as you are connecting but not many channels loading, do you have any channels working in the 1700 to 1800 range?

A friends box would connect but not load channels, found out the port on router was bad. After changing ports channels loaded!!!
