Help would be nice

I've been trying to get help for 3 weeks now inernet connects,server connects, channel list shows up but will only load 162,164,and a few in 200s nothing else will load. Have 2 boxes avov Vixo 1 and avov tv- online both worked fine until 4 weeks ago please help. Have done countless resets and no change checker shows 305 days on both donations frustrated

The resets were done with the avov disconnected ?
Did you try connecting thru the Server Settings menu and the red button?
Does the IPTV Portal you are using, match the portal that the website shows ?

Where would I find portal I'm using11.iptvrocket.tv if that's what you mean if not explain I need an education maybe

Same place you have done the IPTV Resets , I beleive.

I'm using correct portal can connect from server page or by selecting like tv it connects both ways that's why I'm confused as to why it's not working.there was some confusion when donations were pad for I'm wondering wether it may have something to do with it ,it says 305 days on checker.

Stil the same 162,164and a few in 200s checked portal and it's connecting to server just won't load any other channels very frustrated will be 4 weeks tomorrow no iptv rocket working been using this set-up since May 2014

305 days is referring to the days remaining

Have had these issues with an avov recently.
Reset the code at the website and then connected avov thru Server Settings menu and the red button to connect and seems it fixed the issue here.
