Help,with stb emulator

Hello, I am having problems with stb emulator using matricom gbox Q .
When I try to go to a channel the stb goes out and does not work.
Can some tell me if there is a problem with stb emulator on android boxes ?
And if there is another way to use the nfps with matricom gbox a.

your better off just using kodi and setting up stalker pvr or using ivue guide & stalker video addon
