This is super nice, since last thursday channel 4 (3+) has been out of sync or offline. When i contacted support on the chat, they were nice to restart the channel. That would tempoary fix the out of sync but the channel always kick back to epg or gave the blue screen error.
But yesterday i got a mail from support where they said the channel would be moved to a new server, and now it is working again 100%. New range is getting better and better every day more HD channels has also been added this week.
They also said if the new range was not fully up for the weekend i could get a free 24 hour pass for the classic range. But that is not nessesary now.
It is also nice that since danelca has taken over the support part that it is possible to chat with support, before you had to send a mail and then wait uptil 24 hour for a reply.
