Mag freeze

When watching, on a few occasions, it just freezes solid sometimes the voice carries on but pic solid, and does not respond to any buttons, only happens ,periodically, is there any way, from unfreezing, it instead of getting up, and unplugging it and going through he whole load up spiele again ???

When mine occasionally freezes I do not have audio . What I do is channel up one and back to channel I was watching and it starts back where it had frozen
