View Full Version : Dream IPTV disappeared/Box blocked by server

Hi guys,

I am having two problems with my Avov TvOnline+ box.

Today i got a message saying "Your box is blocked by the server. Please contact the service provider."
The unit was working perfectly fine and this randomly appeared. The server settings are 1.iptvprivateserver.tv along with my credentials. Is this still valid server? How do i check my login info to see if its still good or if my re-seller sold my credentials? My service for one year isn't up yet the box is about 2 months old. And the worst part my re-seller isn't answering his phone.

Second issue after I got the message above stating 'my box is blocked' I clicked on the Dream IPTV app and it was working fine watched a couple of movies when I exited out of Dream IPTV it disappeared from the main menu and is no longer in my apps or in Micky Hop. I did not remove or install it.

Please let me know if someone could help me in this unfortunate situation it sucks not to have TV.

The blocked from the server issue is happening a lot as of late for a lot of people. It has happened to me a couple of times. All you need to do is go to the Papiao site and reset your IPTV.....all should be good then.

As for Dream IPTV, it was one of the "questionable" apps that I guess AVOV had to remove due to some Canadian ruling or something. Not sure why that effects the rest of us in other parts of the world, but it is what it is. Dream IPTV was removed from Mickyhop, however, if you already had it installed it should still be in the apps section; it's still in mine. If I ever uninstall it I'll have no way of getting back.

I was made to understand that the blocked server situation is an avov issue and they are suppose to release a new update to address the problem.

It could be an AVOV issue. All the peeps I see complaining about it are all in the AVOV forum. I don't own any other box so I come straight to here. However, an IPTV reset fixes the problem. It may happen again in a few days or a week or so, but I just IPTV reset and I'm back on.

P.S.
I did get a package update on my Online + tonight. Don't know if corrected this issue but hopefully it will straighten this out.

Thanks for the replies but I cannot reset on Papiao. Its requesting information I dont have like donation client, order ID and email since it was purchased from a re-seller which i have no way of contacting. Can a MOD help me out with locating this information and possibly doing a reset? I would hate to buy a new donation when I know this was bought 2 month ago.

Also is there anyway I can load the Dream IPTV application to a USB flash drive and reinstall it back to AVOV box? Is there a download link?

Find a way to contact your reseller to get the order number. Without it, you're SOL.

Remember NEVER buy from a reseller........always get your Donations from the horses mouth..............................There 80.00 a year.........How much did you pay from the reseller?

Resetting on papio is not helping on my AVOV TVONLINE+. I have ordered new donations and tried them but they all come up blocked.

check all your setting and a ip reset should work i had do one today on my 4k box
