I am aware that I can use multiple computers with kodi in the same house, all in which have "78" mac addresses. If I use on a laptop in my work office with my kodi settings copied to it, would it be fine? Wouldn't require a "79" mac address, but they clearly aren't on my home network. And could the same be done on say a tablet or smartphone through kodi or are those "79" devices? Keep in mind I would only be using 1 device at a time, my main concern being about mac addy and ip addys.

see you can but playing with fire if you forget they will ban you but you can run as many devices as you want but can only run one at time and it messes with mac address need to reset all time

If they only are using same device mac type, and I'm the only one using said devices so they'll never be at the same time. Would I need to reset? When exactly is resetting required? I thought it was only if you are changing the type of device i.e having to go from 78 to 79 like from kodi pc to mag device. Do I have to switch and reset for other pc's, or for other ip addresses. Trying to have a portable option or is that unsafe? Can a vpn be safer if I take my cousin's house for a footblall game? I have a feeling I may not be aware of all the rules, I just thought no two devices on one mac at the same time and also having to reset only when changing device type.
