How do you resolve the issues with resellers when you can not find them to provide you with details. With the new security measures in place, and when the server blocks your box, how do you reset when you do not have an order number , email or client ID. You are not able to find the reseller who you purchase from for the very first time. And, despite repeated effort to contact do not respond

Is this a big issue, or am I the only one who is having such a problem?

Now, with that said a person goes directly to the site an buys new donation to have control over his own destiny, but how does he attached that new donation to the existing MAC address when he is told that the MAC address already exist? Is it a case of jumping out of frying pan into the fire?

Need advice. I hope I am highlghting a very troubling issue.

This donation doesn't exist or belongs to a reseller, please make sure that this user purchased directly from us or ask him to contact his seller.

2. now that you got real donation and existing MAC problem you need to send it to papiao or pm a super mod
with a picture of mac address from box and email you used and donation and order number and what mac address

lots of members that buy from a reseller do not have an Order number.
Them Orders may have a few or many many donation numbers on one order #
That is why buying from a reseller, he will not give you the Order number, because he does not want you to have access to all them donation numbers that others have paid for. Understandable :)

Most resellers will assign a Client ID and it can be found most times with a search using the donation number given.

That Client ID I sent you the other day is what your reseller has showing for you. It is there in the Client ID column and if it is there then it is the Client ID and should work for you.

If that MAC is still assigned to that donation, then you need to get that changed or deleted if you want that MAC assigned to a new donation.

Unless you can personally meet your reseller, you are probably out of luck, as no one has access to reseller accounts. However in some rare occasions, it may be possible to track back to the order number... the supermoderators might be able to help.

This is not a new issue, and warnings are posted all over the place on not working with resellers, if you can't verify reliability. As far as an existing MAC, if you have a box where you can't change it, you can either take a picture of the bottom of your box, where the MAC may be on a label, or a screen shot of the MAC, and send that back to [email protected] or [email protected] with you new donation number, and they will clear that MAC from the the old donation.

Thanks for the info guys. Much help. I am much wiser now. Trust me. I am in touch with Super Moderator who is trying to have the new donation assigned to the MAC address. Appreciate the good customer service.
