MAC address exists

Hello all,

So I ordered a new rocket and have been trying to assign it to my AVOV TVOnline+. The issue I keep having is that when I try and assign my new rocket to the MAC it says MAC address already exists. I bought the box from a seller whom I no longer have contact with (He bought the first rocket for this box which I'm assuming still has the MAC tied to the rocket.) So my question is, Is there any way for an admin to reset my MAC address from that old rocket? I can't since I don't have access to the old rocket to reset the MAC. Any help is appreciated.

Send Rocket all the new info...........they can reset your mac to the new donation ........send them the mac address........order number.......donation number.........and e-mail you used when buying the new rocket donation

that wont work need a picture of your mac from the box and all the other info and pm me and i will send it out faster if you want
