Just connected mine, most of the channels are fine some channels no audio. Love the Bluetooth option .
I was only able to get the first update. 1.0.7 how will i get the new update?

Make sure the auto update in the menu is turned on.

I still have an issue. Whenever I turn the box off the night before(with the remote power button) the next morning or whenever i decide to turn it back on, the red LED light turns on but shows nothing on the screen and my guess is it freezes the box because it wont do anything until I to a power cycle with the on/off switch in the back.

How is that lock it on stand by asft? Settings are very simple and not many options to lock it or auto update. Please try to be more specific in your responses

I don't have audio on my box either.. been like that for 3 days

Think you lock it on standby How would i lock it on stand by? i only press the red power button on the remote to turn it back on... if it magically locks by itself then what does that say about this box?

Juicer seems like we wont get the help from here. Ive posted bout mag 254 and tv online 4 but not a real response. My tvonline wont get the new update so i have to use 1.07

its funny on 4k box you need hold power off button for a few sec or it dont shut down all the way and lock a box comes up to turn it off but what do i know
