Having the same problem as tvme. Bought from the same website and thanks to crazed 2.0 he fixed me up with a new donation number and server. Worked for a couple days and now on donation page getting auth error.

so after 1 week of bs responses of " did you type your mac right , try diff portal" i asked them to change my mac address , reset my service and they suddenly disappear right away been a week after i sent them two emails asking for this no response now .. i keep getting authentication error . and i have no access the change or reset the mac on my own ...

okay, firstly, the server does not assign a MAC address, you do that.
If running a Stalker Client then you would generate a MAC on your own and use that. ANd you would assign that yourself, or you would ask your reseller to do it for you or you would ask the reseller for the correct info so you can do it yourself.
This situation you are in is not the fault of papiao or us in any way.
It is your resellers responsibility and your responsibility to buy from a trusted source.

Now if you wanna send me the little info the reseller did give you, I may be able to find a Cilent ID for that.

that is not the rocket official web address or email. It is from a reseller.
That prefix for the MAC should be 00:1A:78 for a Kodi and Stalker application, and not 79
The 79 in the prefix is for the Avov or Mag or T1 receivers only.

okay I received your message.

Bad news thou, and that is that they are not using a donation number per client
They seem to just have everyone of their clients on the same portal supported at their server.
I can not find anything in this situation as I do not have access to their server.
They say to contact them if any issues or change the MAC so that is about all you can do.

Get yourself a MAC from the online MAC generator and use the correct prefix and format.

Have that ready and send it to them.
To me, after reading the correspondence between them and you thru them emails, I do not think these guys are out to scam you.
But you need to contact them to get this fixed :eek:

All these problems started when the latest so called security measures were implemented.
A friend of mine's sub was stopped after 2 months of service.
He contacted the re seller,and he was given new login info which worked for 2 days.
The re seller would not respond to his e-mails,so he contacted the provider and was told that he should contact his re seller because the re seller
had requested a charge back which was issued so his sub was terminated.
Two other friend's of mine service were stopped after 6,and 8 months.
After no response of their re seller they contacted the provider who told them again to contact the re seller because the re seller terminated their service.
This time the charge back excuse was NOT used because on the provider's own website it is posted that NO charge backs are honored after two months.
Can somebody explain to me what a re seller has to gain by terminating a sub after 6 months or 8 months??????
I can understand a re seller's charge back scam before 2 months,but termination of service by a re seller after 6 or 8 months does NOT make NO sense to me at all!!!!!

They do not mysteriously delete them from the server.
If they have been deleted by the admistration , then it because of charge backs or some form of fraud with the CC
Contact the reseller to find out. If it was none of his doing then he should respond :)

I bet he had another 20 people using your login details.... and that stopped so he cut and run. I have to agree the only safe way is to deal directly with the providers.

The reason most people use a re seller is because they accept Paypal or Bitcoin as payment which none of the providers do.
Most people don't want to use their personal info,and credit card info to pay for services like this for obvious reasons.
And like I said what does a re seller has to gain by terminating subs after 6 or 8 months?:confused:
If he is planning to scam the subscriber he would wait till the subscriber renews his sub,and then commit the now famous charge back scam in my opinion.

I know what you are talking about,but this only was possible if you were using the STB emulator or the Kodi app where you could fool around with the MAC address,and more than
1 person could have the same MAC address,and receive the service.
As far as I know this problem was taken care of long time ago last year.
The Mag STBS have their own unique MAC Address,and it can NOT be changed,and as far as I know the STB emulators,and the Kodi app users can NOT use a Mag STB Mac Address,
so I don't see how more than 1 person can be using the same login info used on a Mag STB.

Them guys are looking out for their cleints :)

resellers will offer different payment options, which are handy for some users (clients).
resellers are all over the web, not hard to find.
Bascically it is the method of payment that the reseller offers that draw clients.
The server administration themselves, do not offer paypal or bitcoin, as them are directly in relations with big brother.

It is the ease of transaction that draws people to resellers, but that can lead to problems later... paypal is in big brothers left hand rear pocket :eek:

and that is and was always been our main concern when talking about resellers. It never was that they are intertuding on our websites with adds (hell they pay big dollars to papiao), or that they may dine and dash on people... nope... it always been that we can not chance the risk to our members by using paypal in our endevours.
Resellers use PP and so that is a risk :(
