Problem with Linking mac address nothing works and nowhere to get help

Purchased IPTV66 three days ago got my Route the next day and then my problems started. Logged in to route checker seen all my info tried to change my mac address using 00:1A:78 as default and adding my last 3 set from my box that is what everybody is saying to do. tried three times and always said mac address can not be changed and is still all zeros. After 3 times it lock me out for 24 hours sent e-mail to iptv66 no response. Returned yesterday and same thing but just tried once, today same thing, my days are down to 29 from 31 no TV and no help anywhere. Tried to set up stbiptv66 emu put in my mac in setup and when I run stbiptv66 emu it ask for ID and password tried my route # in both failed tried my e-mail in id and route in password that failed. I think I'm not stupid this system needs fixing and needs to have more support for it could somebody help me out here.:confused:

Read it already tried it and it says mac address can not change.

You MUST run the mac wizard to get a usable address. This is not a 66 problem so go below and find what you need.
