Reset IPTV - -Page Not Found

I have been trying for well over a week now to try and reset my Avov. But every time I go to "check
Rockets" -- all I can get is "Page Not Found" .. So, how am I suppose to reset the IPYV ??
I have emailed them 4 times and not received a reply .. !!
