Box blocked by server

I keep getting a message saying my box is blocked by the server and to please contact the service provider. Not sure what to do.

did you try a iptv reset at site unplug your box first before you reset

I have the same problem and have unplugged power to reset. Still no go.

Talk to your reseller to see what the heck is going on.

Shut off box. Login to papaio donation checker. Click on the iptv reset button. Turn your box back on and it should connect, assuming your server url, login, and password are entered correctly.

There's definately an Avov problem 4 of my boxes are down in 3 different houses .. 3 different type of Avov boxes

I turned my box on a couple days ago and got the message popping up saying I was blocked from the server. I went to the papiao site and did an IPTV reset and I was connected back in about 30 seconds. Haven't had the problem since.

That's fine for Rocket but I have IPTV (IKS66) and I have done this with my agent but still blocked. It's not the AVOV box because I have another that is working just fine except for non-existent EPG.
