avov box error message

My Avov red box is giving me error message your box is blocked by the server. Please contact the service provider. How do I repair that.

check your code and make sure your info is correct ,do a iptv reset then try the box.

I unplug the box and plugged it back in that did not work

Go to the Donation Checker, login and click on IPTV Reset. Make sure the box is unplugged when you do the IPTV Reset. Wait for a few minutes after you do the reset to start up your device.
