Mac address already exists

i just got a new code, and i get a message saying mac address already exists. i tried to delete my mac address from old donation but i cant because it says my donation is to old. what can i do?

Contact the server through the contact email And ask them to unlink from the old donation. Be syre to give the old and the new.

i'm having the same problem on a tv stic...Mac addy allready exists ...dont get it, unless manufactures are putting same Macs on there devices...
