Tv guide isn't working on my MAG 254's since a few days ago

Hi, i'm trying to find out what happened with tv guide. Since a few days ago I can't see the show names anywhere. I use MAG 254.

reboot that Mag.. sit on one channel afterwards, do not change the channel for 3 days, check for results after that.
Just kidding... After reboot let it sit on one channel for about 15 minutes, then check results.
If that do not work then preform an IPTV reset at the papiao site and do the same after, let it sit on one channel for up to 15 minutes. Then check for results.

but, there is a risk that after a IPTV reset and a reboot it may not come back at all.
Chances you gotta take in this testing for results :)

Thanks but that does'nt fix it. I think it was something with iks66. Cause I could see what shows were playing on every channel and now it doesn't show anything. I'm a reseller and all of my clients are complaining about that issue. I need that to be fixed ASAP.

It's up to the people behind iks66/Rocket/Nfps to resolve this issue. It's been almost a month of missing guide info on the bulk of the channels and instead of getting better it's just gotten worse. Now there is no guide info whatsoever on stand alone boxes like mag and avov... damn shame that they don't seem to care.

Yes...agreed... it's been a week now with zero guide and it's not like I can load a plugin or run a third party program to get the guide, I am stuck with WYSIWYG with the Mag254. Hopefully one of the tech guys can put his finger on the problem and fix it.

Yeah its a shame that I bought so many credits to resell to my clients and all i'm receiving are complains. And you write to their support email and all u get is to go to forums and search for a solution. I'm not paying to forums, I paid them so they should be the ones who respond you and fix this.

Hey ppl, I know it's a little hard to watch tv w/o a guide, but at least you can watch all these channels for 6 dollars a month! For that price I can wait a lifetime jeje nite nite

The matter is that we are paying for a service that used to be great with a guide. If you expect your service to get worst everyday I'm not. Neither my clients.

There are plenty of online guides to get by while things get fixed. Titan.tv is one. Personally the guide to me is just a bonus. I know the shows I like to watch so never really need a guide anyways. Just a suggestion on a guide for everyone that wants something. And just my 2 cents of what I do to get by while the guide is down. My big dish never has a guide anyway so kinda used to it.
