Freezing every 2 seconds

Model AVOV_TL4K. BUILD. 1.0.7
I'm getting freezing every two seconds. I also have tvonline+ which works fine.
I'm on 11.rocketserver.tv
Is anyone else having similar issue?
Please let me know the solution

if one is working and other don't its you how much bandwidth you have

I only have one working at the time. Even. When the tvonline4 is on alone its freezing every 2 seconds

weird no freeze here i know its on your end try wireless or Ethernet the one your not using now

if connected to Ethernet it works fine, it only freeze on WiFi.
the tvonline+ works fine on WiFi and Ethernet.
i also did a factory reset few times hoping that the issue will resolve but no luck.
there is no Ethernet where i'm using the box so the only option there is WiFi.
could there be an issue with the box's WiFi?

i only have one box running at one time, power plug is disconnected when the box is not in used,
i also check if both boxes will work at the same time and they both run fine. of course, tvonline4 works without freeze only on Ethernet.

What is the latest firmware of tvonline4?
is it 1.0.7?

i have found that friends online 4 does not completly shut off so i use button on back to shut down ,he was getting major freezing when he wanted to watch ,now using rear shut off problem is gone.

I actually moved the box back an fourth to two different places, but still freeze on WiFi, works like a charm on Ethernet

Get a set of Powerline Adapters .....for the 4k box ...........it will be like hard wired.....take a look .....you have to get a kit because you need two..............

my issue is, if tvonline+ works fine on WiFi, than tvonline4 should work as well, i should not have to buy any other hardware.

Maybe avov plus just normally works better with wifi than 4k box does............they may not even have the same Nik hardware for wifi.......two different boxes

online -online + online 4 all wifi work fine ,the 4 is farthest away from router ,no issue,except like i mentioned about shutting down with rear switch other wise freezing always.

see if not freezing on Ethernet that should tell you something

I second what 4wheelin said. I am also experiencing freezing on my avov tvonline 4 if I don't eventually use the rear shut off button.
