Kodi Live TV (PVR Client) is hanging trying to import guide

I just setup a new Kodi build and am an issue with
the importing the guide when kodi first starts. I never
had this issue with my old build.

If I go into settings and disable the Live TV and then
re-enable it, the guide then imports.

I notice that Kodi tries to import the guide before
the EPG Updater has run, because wile the PVR Client is hung, I
get the EPG Updater Next run time Box.

My guess is that The EPG updated has removed the old file
and the PVR Client is trying to update the guide before it
has even downloaded.

Has anyone else ran into this or possibly know of a way
to fix this issue?

This is a system issue. 100% of users are experiencing this. There is no fix for it. I am just as frustrated as you are. But for the time being EPG is not working for anyone.
