Inactive Account After Just an Hour????

Less than an hour ago I did an "reset", I conected to the vpn and everything was working fine. Now my account is inactive and is imposible that this was made by the reseller because I am the reseller. In the papiao site they don't let me activate it back. So don't blame the resellers about this if it happens to you. Any suggestions??????

I don't know but in my case I did rest and it worked.

In papiao said that I am not allow to do nothing in an inactive account. Waiting for email response...

you're not the only one. Now a reset doesn't work for me. Emails have gone un-answered for days and I have 340 days left on my renewal. never would have paid for another year if I knew all these problems were going to be caused. Since they are not answering me about a fix or a refund and I have not been able to use the service since renewal, I guess that just leaves me calling my credit card company and getting them to reverse the charge.
