Cannot Add MAC

Hi, just purchased a donation but cannot add my MAC address. It says "MAC Address Could not be Updated". Any help would be appreciated.

The MAC on my Android box starts with C4 and not 00 as mentioned in the warning text :


WARNING: If you are using an STB emulator for IPTV then you should use a MAC Address under the following range 00:1A:78:XX:XX:XX (replace XX by hexadecimal digits), or your MAC Address may be modified without any previous notice.

C4 is an illusion.. make it start with a prefix of 00:1A:78

I have a MAC ID on an AVOV Online+ when I try to enter it "There's an error, You cant reset this MAC, already in use." what can I do?

Let me explain, I have an Avov Online+ that is not working anymore. I replaced it with a new one. I am attempting to transfer my subscription from the broken Avov to the new one. When I try to Reset the MAC I get "There's an error, You cant reset this MAC, already in use." what can I do?
