Channels not loading on server 11

Hi!

I am running off server 11 on a MAG254. The only channels that are loading are 162 and 164.

Just asking for some help here as I tried many IPTV Reset without luck.

I am still experiencing the same behavior. Is there a way to change to other portal that is different than 11?

It has been days that I am down. Anyone help reaching tech support or someone that can help me to sort this one?

I have tried STB Emulator and Mag254 from infomir. Same result. Just blank channels

i am also experiencing same problem with a donation with 40 days remaining. Any assistance given would be appreciated. "it connects but no channels load"

-Your server info, order numbers or donation numbers
-Your payment gateway that you choose (outta the 3 or 4 choices)
-Date approx
-Amount
-For what service
-What website was used to initiate the order

try a reset from papiao site, wait at least 10 minutes before logging in. That should do it. You have to allow at least 10 minutes before logging in to allow iptv to populate channels.

did you have your receiver disconected when you did the reset ?

I have had prolly 10 or 15 members message me today with this block issue and a reset when done correctly fixed everyone of them.

Yes. It was disconnected from power.

I did a reset and waited over an hour before attempting to log in.

Just in case..... Let me try one more time.

It is still doing the same thing. It has been already a week and still black channels.

I have the same situation again. This time on the 22 server.

Switched over from Kodi (EPG with GitHub long URL) to STB Emulator Pro on AFTV. No EPG. Better performance but no guide for 11.iptv... :(

Any of you had any luck or solution?

UPDATE: Some channels actually do have EPG. Can't determine the categories, some are UK some are SKY etc.

UPDATE: More channel guide appearing. Must just take time I suppose. Hope this helps someone.
