fastest most reliable provider?

Would changing my provider make an improvement to the reliability of the live video? For example less freezing, less lag etc? i know different providers may have more VOD and stuff but I'm not concerned about that, but more so the live stream being very good, always live and no lag/freeze.

Pick a provider that you would like to subscribe to and ask them for a test. testing the service before you buy should give you a good idea on their live streams.
