3.I am looking for a service that would give my the channels I am use to at home and USA networks would be nice I have bell at home.
4.how does Dish network vary from bell.
5.I see some services offer IPTV Plus free IKS does this me I can setup the IPTV on my Android box at home and set up the IKS at the cottage.
6.Does anyone have recommendation of a service that would do what I need and work with the above freesat V7 FTA box

IKS is your solution for the cottage as long as you have cell reception. it is fairly easy to click on your smart phone "hotspot" feature to enable receiving wifi at the cottage. normally this can be quite expensive for surfing the internet or streaming content. the exception to this is IKS! iks uses almost no bandwidth at all you can run it all day off the cell hotspot and maybe use 10 mb of data.

but is does require it so it the cottage doesn't have it you are out of luck.

i'm am not familiar with the box you mention and instructions on setting up IKS is really not what this site is about "IPTV"

you could do a google search on ftabeta and find a site that is better suited to help you out with IKS.

The receiver is not compatible to dish or bell so that is iks out unless you get a receiver that will work. Go to dishpointer.com to see if you can get dn from the cottage. There you will see the dish that is needed. iptv is a internet service. DN and bell are both satellite providers one is Canada and the other is USA but can be view in most of Canada.
