Donation issue

I am having an issue with my Rocket donations.My IPTV on my mag is working fine but on my sonic view 8000 using same donation I get error message no service or scrambled.When I checked my donation the IPTV info is correct but the IKS info appears to be wrong.I get Domain Name 1.nfpsserver.tv and the Port is 11010.I think it should be 5.rocketserver.tv and 35955.Now when I go to check donation I get error wrong info.
