Returning To 'Fresh Out Of The Box'

Hi all,

I got a mag 254 box last year through a third party, my 'donation' with them is due to end.
I'm looking to review my options and go it alone with one of the private servers supported on this fine website!

My question is: can my box be returned to factory fresh state?
I have no option to go to inner portal and when I go into bios, I can't enter the upgrade sub-menu.

I am able to enter new portal details, but I don't want my current provider taking bat n ball home and blocking my box!
