Authentication

I just download and installed the latest version of iptv stb.
I have just created a profile and it ask me for authentication and I enter my donation # and it seems it takes me into the channels listing. When I try to select a channel to watch the authentication window keeps poping up.
I did enter my mac address into the papio website as well.
Have I missed something while creating my profile?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

i do enter it but it keeps prompting me.
Is there a location under my profile that I have to enter this information?
I can seem to see it.

I did an iptv reset and it stop asking me.
