I don't see anything in announcements.

My donation expired, so I went to the portal and activated another donation. Entered IP address on donation.

Went into the box (AVOV) and entered the new server and login info.

Channels appear to load in the server section, but I get no video on any channels - just the spinning blue circle.

I've reset the donation, and I've unplugged the box.

Any ideas what's going on?

Well, after waiting for an hour and trying again, it now works. Didn't change anything.

Weird.

Activated 2nd box immediately - no issues.

Not sure what the issue was on the 1st box, but glad they are both working now.

Question: how do you reset your donation as mentioned earlier?
Also while waiting for 1.5 hr, did you unplug your box?
I have AVOV+ and am having this issue for about 2 weeks, resetting , changing port does not help!
Just blue circle but no video showing
Am on 4.iptvprivate

You will need your donation number and Order number then go here......
https://papiao.is/main/search_nfps after you input your info.....you will see a tab at bottom left to reset .........double check that your mac is the correct one.........
