Is there a NEW SECURITY about EXTERNAL (PUBLIC) IP ADDRESS?

I'll tell you guys my tests.

1. I register a new mac on the panel reseller, so far so good.

2. I configure it on my Android phone (connected to my wifi) using STB Emu Pro 8.0.6 (server iptv66, mac, serial#, device id)

3. Proceed to restart the app and it ask me for Login & Password, and press OK, it load the yellow bar

4. Select a channel and open normal, gives image, all good.

5. Close STB Emu.

6. I change of WIFI connection for another one (neighbor). Obvious it change the Public IP Address

7. I open the STB Emu again, it ask for Login and Password then it load the yellow bar, so far so good.
Open the channel list all normal, BUT IT NOT SHOW IMAGE of the channels!!!! It keeps black all of them!!

8. . I turn OFF wifi and turn ON Mobile data (obvious it change the Public IP Address again and way of connection).

9. I Open the STB Emu, it ask for Login and Pass, enter data but it shows me ERROR!!! (Maybe because it is another king of connection, is not wifi)

10. Finally I return to the 1st WIFI (1st PUBLIC IP ADDRESS), asked me for Login and Password. And ALL OK, I can see image of the channels!!


In Sumary: IT WILL GIVE US A HEADACHE USING THIS SERVICE!!! Maybe you are asking "but why a headache" because a lot of Networks is not giving an STATIC PUBLIC IP ADDRESS!! Just with restart the modem it will change, and some companies CHANGE it EVERY HOUR more less!!!!!

So imagine to do more than 10 resets per day...but wait we are only allowed to do ONLY 2 PER DAY!!!

That is why I said, this NEW SECURITY is a HEADACHE and more form as a reseller!!! Imagine to deal with a lot of people every day!!! And a lot of them is asking for their money from 2days ago, they hold 2, 3, 4 days (monday August 15th starts everything) todays is friday and I didn't know what was happening until I did this test by myself, because we are not see any answer from the owners of this service.

Well I'M VERY UPSET about ALL THIS NEW SECURITY!

And is not only me, here in the forum ALL DAYS a lot of users are posting if the SERVICE IS DOWN or something like that!!! Imagine that there is alot of people outside WITHOUT service (payed already) and don't know what to do!!!


PLEASE REVERT THIS SECURITY AND FIND ANOTHER WAY TO DO THE THINGS. THIS IS NOT THE WAY!! BECAUSE IT HAVE A LOT OF PROBLEMS!!

Did anybody tell you how to fix issue? I am having the same problem for over a week. Did a factory reset of the AVOV devise and the same happens almost all channels black (except some music video channels). VOD is also having problems. Loads the movie menu but when I click on any it takes me back to he play movie menu. I don't know if it is a security issue because it loads the yellow bar and proceeds to site on both Channels and VOD but does not play them.

Go to the Donation Checker for your service and do an IPTV Reset. Make sure your box is off when you do it. There is no certainty this will fix the issue, but it is worth doing this as an initial step.

I tried but I don't have a Donation Client, Order ID or email associated to my service (or a route) since I bought from a local third party where I bought my AVOV box. All I have is my MAC and User & Password that was given to me when the security for the log in changed months back. One other question does it make any difference when going from network LAN connection to Wireless on the same service but the RG 45 LAN cable connection is on a Range Extender which I did not have any problems until recently? I did change this week to wireless to see if it would work but I already had problems, just to see if that would cause any problems. Thanks..

I cannot use my private dns service, private internet access. I get a message "failed to get stream URL"

Is great that they make security upgrades to get those using the service without paying but it is very bad when in the process they block customers that have payed for the service. There should be clear instructions or questions and answers on problems when they make this changes. Is bad service and it forces customers to learn more about Kodi and everything in it and it could definitely lead to losing customers...

I have offered you one on one assistance, did you not see it ?
I had sent you a private message 52 minutes ago, offering some assistance in possibly finding your Client ID so you can reset IPTV at the website and possibly fix your situation.

I also have the same problem as well and I did a iptv reset as well. Soon as I bring my box to a friends house and use his wifi connection. It doesnt work at all.

Please stop the constant IP reset. I only use at home and I have to reset everytime I restart my PC.
The service has been beautifully improved recently but there has to be another solution.

What about if you use a mag box and take it on the road?
People really cant afford $9 per month?

Thank you for the explanation I do believe your right. I set up 6 AVOV tvonline2 and they would work for me upon testing and would not work at the friends house. So if I understand correctly do the iptv reset with the unit un plugged and them have them connect and it should work when is re acquires their new ip address.
That is why some of my fiends have not had problems with the same units. Only these new boxes did. I did a factory reset and load of channels and as described it did not work. I will try the iptv reset and input the credentials and report back to all of you. Can any one confirm if this did the trick for them?

look on avov box you unplug it need a ip reset most of time

honestly if you are traveling buy 2 donations leave 1 for your home and 2nd to travel.
