Authentication fail -- ID mis-match

Service working fine and then for some inexplicable reason I started getting an authentication fail. I use Stalker NFPS. MAC and Donation number check out fine. I also double-checked while trying to use old Stalker client and still received the failure message.

You should create different posts. When you gang up, it is hard to sort through the issues.

Larry - If you haven't gone to the Donation Checker to do an IPTV Reset, do that now.

DJ - You need to disable IPTV Stalker, make sure no PVR's are enabled and exit/restart Kodi. Now, open IPTV Stalker Plus (do not enable it), go to the configuration panel and click Defaults. Next, configure the disabled IPTV Stalker Plus with the appropriate information. Go to the Donation Checker and do an IPTV Reset. Last, enable IPTV Stalker Plus...and the channels should load.

DZ - I don't have any idea what app/add-on you are using. If the aforementioned information applies to you, go that route.

stalker client authentication faild...mis match ID number then channels are loading VOD first then Golden1...but I cannot get my guide working...

Dzwigu, Are you using IPTV Stalker Plus, stalker that came with kodi, or one of the other clients?

You can't do more then 2 iptv resets in a day, but you can change mac addresses completely and update your client accordingly.
It should work, as it did for me. If you need any further assistance or walk through's let me know which client and one of us will give you a gentle push into the right tutorial for your needs.

OK, another mod was kind enough to do an IPTV reset, which worked for a moment. However, the ID-mismatch returned. I wanted to do the reset myself. Here is what I am greeted with (see screen capture). I enter my donation number in both categories. I also try entering my so-called order/route number and both and come up with the same window.

Would my using a VPN (IPVanish) have anything to do with this?
