MAG 254 - channels repeat broadcast - Missing Olympics today Aug 19 - Urgent Pls help

We are new with a MAG 254, and our service is on repeat since morning today.

how do we get our service back?

Is there a 1-800 who can help us out? I can't get a hold of our rep.

We are missing the Olympics and really sad.

Please help.

We need to know how to get back to full broadcasting.
