TV online only working on 2 channels

I have a TV online and a vixo1 on rocket both are only working on 2 channels 162 and 164 I don't know if it's a rocket problem or avov but it's frustrating it's been like this since last Sunday any help would be appreciated

try a ip reset where you added your mac address

I've done that I've reset everything and asft has reset them for me to don't understand why only 2 channels

i would do a box reset and start over just to make sure

I been having the same problem for almost a week now. So I decided to reboot my box this morning but did not fix anything. I was able to connect to server then none of the channels load up. Can anyone help me?
