From the limited testing I can do at this end, it appears all three of the services are currently down. Don't make any changes to your settings if they were working. It is best to wait it out until we get some indication that things are back up.
It is back on NFPS 3. I'm not sure about all of the others. Hopefully, they're all up or will be soon.
