I am long time rocket subscriber since public server days have been searching for answers on why channels won't load 4 days now tried resetting modem tv online box checker not available for iptv reset any help would be appreciated

Just tried again it's telling me my info is wrong . I recently renewed donation would that be the donation info I need . I'm using old order # same as I've used for last year . Maybe I'm stupid but server is conecting
