all of the sudden I am getting ID mismatch for all my accounts

My service was working great for months, now all of the suddne all of my 8 accounts get ID mismatch. anything changed?? anything new?

Just last night a guy called me and he could not get his avov box to connect to the server........it was working fine until 2 days ago........on the phone we checked everything and could not find the problem...Last thing I checked was the Donation in the box....all was correct except 2 numbers were reversed .....it was 83 but was suppose to be 38 ...he has never messed with the numbers I originally put in .....so we changed it back and all was well................with the wrong numbers the box never showed the insert credentials pop up window...just would not connect...I would like to know how it could have reversed 2 numbers in the donation if no one changed it......

I doubt it......but people do lie.......and he may have dyslexia
