Error in putting in donation username and password for renewal

I have put in my username and password using the same number provided in the donation

When i insert the numbers provided i get a error message coming up in RED I tried resetting, I have updated and still the unit refuse to work.

Please assist as I do not have the use of my prized unit.

Devseep32-- I have the same problem, everything on my box stopped and the moderator reset my donation number and it is still getting an error saying my IPTV is blocked contact the provider and God knows who is the provider? is it Papio?

Damn.. Olympic games is over and Im still struggling to get my damn IPTV working.. I could have paid $6 a month to FUBO channel and watch all those Soccer Sports... Damn me ..

After doing a reset, you need to wait about 5 minutes then enter your user and password. It should work then....
