View Full Version : papiao says my account is 'Inactive'

I've been playing around with kodi and using Stalker Plus client since the STB emulator stopped working.
No major problems so started trying to get an EPG using Stalker NFPS PVR.
Worked but always disappeared on reboot for some reason.
Today I have no access and when I tried to reset my account says inactive with 181 days left.
There is no option to perform a reset.
Is there a wider issue or has something triggered a problem on my account?

I'm having the same issues after switching from the built in stalker PVR client to the Stalker Plus PVR. Went to do a IPTV reset cause it wasn't working when i came home to see my account inactive.

look if inactive you or your reseller must turn it on sorry if more then 8 codes

I didn't have anything I could enable, no options available when logged in.
You just get the table of info, but the MAC change & Reset buttons aren't displayed.
All sorted now though.

I'm getting the same mess. I'd like to reset it, but there's no button. It says I'm inactive with 214 days left. I was using server 4. There has to be some solution to this crap.

need to have your reseller turn it on or you can if 8 or more accounts or under that give me a pm with your info so i can send it in

I'm having this same issue also , i emailed papiao and they ended up making my account "active" again , but a couple hours later it went back to "inactive " what's really going on here ?
If you went through a reseller he/she may be doing that and does not want you on that donation any more.

Last Night I found neither of my iptv donations working. both were giving messages about indences not strings. I performed a reset on one of the 2 accounts and moved the portal, Now when I go into to the donation status of that account, It says it's inactive with 200 plus days left and the buttons are no longer there to reset or do anyting. Instead of the indence error, I'm getting access denied.
I don't see how my "reseller" did this to me. It's pretty obvious the attempt to upgrade support for newer MAG boxes is related. SO, to recap, one subscription I have left as is with out reseting or modifying is complaining of an indence error in KODI and will connect produce the channel list but cant stream anything.
The second account also in KODI, After an IPTV reset and portal change now produces access denied messages and the donation checker has changed that account status to inactive mysteriously after reseting it just fine yesterday.

do you have more the 8 accounts if so you need to enable it if not pm me all info and you said no re seller
Usually when an account/donation gets put into 'Inactive" status it is done automatically by the server when it detects 2 users attempting to connect to a single account from 2 different MAC Addresses at the same time. This is done to prevent account/donation sharing and is quite understandable. However I suspect the "Automatic" system might have a few flaws and locks some people out by mistake.
The correct way to get a locked "Inactive" account back is to email NFPS with evidence that you own that donation along with a photo of the server screen from your box showing the MAC Address.

Hello, I am a reseller, my reseller portal wont let me activate some accounts. Account is inactive and there is no way to reset it. see attachment, Can you help?? Thanks

99% of the time when a code goes inactive is because of resharing....Only papiao can fix this and they never do....You can try emailing them...If they do fix it consider yourself very lucky

so your saying there catching lots now re-sharing that could be i really dont know could be the new sever finding all now but i have not been told that which means nothing

Yes...Some people feel they can get away with just one code....but eventually they get caught and end up having to purchase 2 codes when all they had to do was buy another code for the other receiver....so they end up spending more money at the end
Some of them use the turn on and turn off method.....But eventually you will forget and leave 2 devices on at the same time and Papiao will deactivate your code....No matter what, you will get caught and have to pay more money at the end
