Have been down for going on 5 days now. Have reset my MAC address, router and modem. I connect to the server as VOD menu loads but NOTHING will play and TV will not load channels. If there is something wrong please just tell us.
The only thing I can suggest at the moment, if you already tried changing the MAC and did an IPTV Reset, is to try changing the portal at the Donation Checker to see if that addresses the issue.

question can an avov box mac be change? asking because a partner has one that his mac has been banned from papiao he do not know why I have email them more than once with out a reply so now he is at lost because he told me he did not do anything with it so what can he do, another thing if he change to one of the others would it be the same thing (rockets or ik66)?
The word ban does not ring true. Maybe in use or not the proper format. No a receiver is set with a mac address from the factory.

I have seen "banned" do an email notification to papiao with the account information and donation and mac addressed and they will reset the account. Seen them do it!

You can't. You did mention it was an AVOV until further down the page.

if mac is banned from avov i would contact papiao to see why only way to get that banned is to do something wrong in my books

Not a AVOV box I have a TV Online+ plus box. Switched the MAC from 79 to 78 in Papiao, wouldn't even connect to server. So switched back and I am connecting to server again but still nothing past that (no VOD or TV loading). Also tried the changing ports on Papiao, still nothing. Thanks for the advice in trying to help me fix it.

ok it was I who talk about the banned thing the box was showing the night and the next morning it was not, I check the checker and it had 4 more days and marked inactive, I contacted the reseller and he said he did not do anything to it I also then contacted papiao without5 a reply, so the guy who the box belong to told me he will wait till the donation is out and then get a new one, but when I did I see it stated banned, but the guy did not could not do anything with it that's he feel it is a mistake but as it appear it is best to get n android box with an emulator that you can change the mac because as it is the box it practically done

You used a reseller..................he probably had a chargeback on his credit card so the iptv service finally caught up with the donations that were bought (and not paid for) and banned the MAC and or Donations......thats the problem with resellers ...they are mostly crooks....................

We are new with a MAG 254, and our service is on repeat since morning today.
how do we get our service back?
Is there a 1-800 who can help us out? I can't get a hold of our rep.
We are missing the Olympics and really sad.
Please help.

1-800...ha.ha.If u purchased from a reseller contact them.it is working fine if u purchased from the big 3..

You used a reseller..................he probably had a chargeback on his credit card so the iptv service finally caught up with the donations that were bought (and not paid for) and banned the MAC and or Donations......thats the problem with resellers ...they are mostly crooks....................
nope don't feel it is this, because a number of persons ( more than six) that I know of bought from him and this feller is the only one that has that problem in face he had two from him and only that one did that was banned
