AVOV TVonline+ v. 1.08 won't connect to LIVE TV or VOD

subscription is ok, get the blue light when connecting to server, when I goto Live TV, the blue dotted circle keeps going and going, did a portal reset, changed the server but still nothing...MAC address is correct.
None of the channels work.
In VOD, when playing any movie, it loads about 40KB and then automatically kicks out.

Everything was working up to a week ago.

I am just short of resetting the box, any other recommendations before I try this?
Any help is appreciated.

My AVOV TVonline+ can connect to server 11.iptvrocket.tv and all channels do laod but all channels won't play. It just keeps circling when I play any channels. Please help!

Restart you box by unplugging it and plug it back in. I have the same issue on my fuse after iptv reset.

im in the same boat. Hopefully it get fixed fast this is really ridiculous. Try changing ports nothing works just watching my donations days dwindle

fixed one today that would connect to server and show video on maybe 8 live-tv channels....Vod would kick me out if I tried to play a movie (Avov plus) by factory defaulting the box and imputing the info again .....so now live-tv and vod are working..............I think at one point in time the boxes can't take an Installer update that is needed.......but factory defaulting the box clears its head and it then takes all the Installer updates needed ...and will work again...............These updates are not the firmware update....only the installer update.....you still need to make sure you have the latest firmware build installed.........as for the Avov plus and V2 .........it should be at Version 1.08

I did a factory default, re input credentials, reset IPTV, and i am only able to connect but i cannot pull any channels nor VOD.

Any help will be much appreciate it!

Problem fixed,

I factory default one more time, and re input all the account credentials, Reset it IPTV once again and now IT WORKS!!!!

Some channels are lagging but other than that its working!!!
