stbemu on rocket server 22

Hi all! I wanted to know if stbemu currently supports rocket server 22. I've tried to get it running a few times to no avail, and wanted to know if I'm making a mistake or if the server simply does not work on stbemu. If it does work, can somebody point me in the right direction on how to get it working? Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

I am using 8.05 and 8.06. both working on 22.
but both keep blocking my boxes with Please contact provider message.
