Stuck on loading..no response from support

I've been trying to contact support since yesterday but no reply from them.
Hope someone here can help.

Every channel just hangs on "loading", is the service down or am I locked out somehow?

and

Do I need to log in somewhere to cancel subscription or does it just run out?
Just don't want to get autobilled..
