Authentication Failure IPTV Rocket

Just renewed my Rocket and now it will not Authenticate when I try to log in.

I am using my donation number for user and pass but not being accepted also tried my registered email and donation still no joy.. I use the Stalker IPTV app in Android which has been fine until the donation renewal.

I have tried. Port Reset, IPTV reset and changing MAC address at papiao and still same result.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

Sounds like a technical issue to me.. If you are certain that you are inputting the correct numbers Try emailing Papiao.. I would try using the Donation checker 1st just in case you thought you renewed but really didn't

I have used the donation checker and all looks good.. Active 362 days left etc... Also emailed them will let you know when I get a reply..

It sounds like you most likely have an issue with lingering data. To get around this, you'll need to start with square one:

1. Disable IPTV Stalker Plus.

2. Make sure there are no PVR clients enabled that are configured for the services here.

3. Go into the disabled IPTV Stalker Plus and click on Default.

4. Go to the Donation Checker and do an IPTV Reset.

5. Exit and restart Kodi.

6. Re-configure the disabled IPTV Stalker Plus.

7. Enable IPTV Stalker Plus.

I think that there are a lot of people who cannot log into servers just now. What is the Fix!!

The only fix is to wait until the servers are back online. There is no backdoor method for doing an IPTV Reset.

I just tried the Rocket Donation Checker and it is working.

Recieved a mail last night saying that they have reset the service from their end and asked me to reboot and check. "If the issue persists please visit the tech forum for guides and help, the staff will gladly help" and they added a link to this forum :confused:

I havent had chance to check it yet but will later and update.

I suspect you will find that the issue lies with the Stalker IPTV android app as I have several in use with myself and friends and they have all encountered the same problem with authentication failing to do anything after entering the donation number. That's using IPTV66, by the way - but still same app.

I have emailed the seller of the app to see what he has to say. I'll let you know if I find out anything.

UKmobil, that is not Aguile's problem. You, on the other hand, are accessing the service through a hacked IPTV Stalker app. There is no one selling the IPTV Stalker app other than scammers of the services here. Hopefully, we'll stay vigilant enough here to keep those who are trying to sneak through the back door locked out!

Ok guys, followed Papaio instructions and tried to re-enter the donation for pass and u/n and same result - not loging into server.. Not Authorised - Please contact reseller notification again.. I think that I will have to wait awhile as it does appear that alot of people are having the same problems and se if a resolution is found. I contacted papaio again to let them know it didnt resolve the problem.

Will keep trying..

After 2 days of trying to "Athenticate" iptv, mag254
This finally worked.
Make sure your mag is on

Go to iptv donation checker

Enter info required

Do an iptv reset

Top left will state if it was approved

Now make sure your portal url number matches the mag Listed on the donation checker like 1.iptvprivateserver.tv. Same nmbr must match your server info or you'll get an error message again.

Reboot mag,must reboot.

System settings, servers, portals, portal 1 URL make sure the nmb here
matches the one on the donation checker. Change if it doesn't.

Exit out
Enter donation nmb twice in the"Authenticate"and hopefully your back up

Agile clearly stated in his first post that he was using the Stalker iptv app for android. This is an emulator that only works with a genuine subscription to one of the 3 services. I'm not sure why it is being described as 'hack' and certainly didn't know that, if the information is accurate. It's only a piece of software to be used with most iptv subscriptions including others not supported here.

It only works with IPTV66 as long as the apps generated MAC address is the one recorded in the Stalker account so there must be a way in which the software can check with whatever database contains all our subscription information. This is what led me to believe it was an officially supported app. Am I wrong?

No one is selling an app that is an official app for the services here. It might work, but it also might be scraping data from your account and your friends. The official apps for here are listed in the second link in my signature. They are free and are tailor made for the services here. If the app requires a subscription here, that's all well and good, but be very careful when you enter critical information in any app that is not created here. There are quite a few pay-based, hacked apps being promoted that circumvent the subscription here. Many have been shut down recently and people are complaining about it.

Still not working Guys have tried changing to StbEMu 0.8 and I thought I had some success only to find that only a couple of channels were working.... Did a reset again on the subscription and still same problem... Will keep looking at the forums to see if anything has changed as it seems the problem is across a number of users..

Try changing your.donation number. and the last number Device Id 1 , device id2, serial, and everything. Clear cache in live tv, and enable live tv.

How do you change your donation number? Without buying a new donation? I tried clearing the cache, I havent changed the serial or device IDs..

OK, I have changed teh MAC address a couple of times.. But not the donation number as I havent seen any options anywhere for that. I recieved another email from Papaio this morning saying they had reset again from their side. So will try all again.
