Me too my Android Box, almos always show that message.
What I Do is. Menu - Profile - select my profile name. Once, twice, as many times it requires and it loads UP the yellow bar.

what emulator version are you using?
I am using 8.06 and it is not loading, but after reset iptv it works, but it is very annoying.

I tried more then 20 times but it is not loading. Looks like you are reloading portal, but it is not working for me
Unplugging power cable gets my box blocked by server.
Anyone can help?

You need to verify everything is correct in your profile. Then, verify that in the papiao site (also in the mac address entered in the profile) you changed the 78 for 79. Save it on the papiao portal, save it on your emulator profile. Reload it and you will get authorization message ...

I got this fixed without resetting Mac. I opened STB Emulator 0.8.07 settings and checked to ensure I had the proper MAC address set in the emulator. Then reloaded portal by clicking on the circle in the top right corner and clicking the portal icon (circle) again. It came up "Please contact Provider to register this device..". I rebooted device by unplugging power for 10 seconds and then plugging back in. I then opened STB Emulator 0.8.07 again and it asked for username and password. Keyed both in correctly and hit OK and walla! The yellow status bar uploaded and the categories screen pulled up with no issue...
The original MAC was already set in the IPTV66 server when I created my account. I was getting please wait 24 hours error for retrying to reset IPTV Mack attempts to many times. The above steps fixed mine without the ability to reset the MAC.

In my case, I just reinstalled the emulator. I'm using 8.5. Working perfectly....
