Blue bar issue ??

Tv was working fine last night. turn it on this morning & all i'm getting is the blue bar. i have unplugged it & device reboot for about 1/2 hr. & still getting the blue bar. all the settings in portal is good. I just can't get past the blue bar. Plz help

Try rebooting your modem, then unplug the unit and try again.
