Blue bar issue ??

Tv was working fine last night. turned it on this morning & all i'm getting is the blue bar. i unplugged it & also device reboot all for about 1/2 hr. and still getting the blue bar . everything is ok in the portal setting. plz if you can help. Thanks:(

unplug your mag 254 do iptv reset then re enter user name and password should bring it back
