Are the servers down? Channels not loading

Guys the channels arent loading anymore when you click on them they don't load maybe only one or two channels. Are the servers down again? i did some research and was told to do a IPTV reset:

1. If that's the case how do i do that?
2. What other options can i try to hpopefully solve this issue?
3. Really wanna watch the Olympics man

I did an iptv reset and I keep getting authentication failed, retrying, yesterday they were loading fine.

I just attempted to log into the 11 server with no success. I'd venture to say the servers are temporarily down. Good time to bring up Kodi and watch a movie or TV show.

I get 1 channel. 164. This was the last channel I was watching when I noticed I could not tune to any other channels. Wonder what's up???

Most/all USA channels down, many other channels down as well...for the previous two days or so, on TWO servers.

Channels won't load for me as well. Rocket has proven time and again to be unreliable...

I am on Rocket server 11 using a mag254 on wifi. And for me it works perfect. I have not tried all channels, but I have just testet skysport 1-5, all sky movie channels, CNN, fox news and all of the user Hbo Channel and they all load fast and with no buffering. Before i had problems on server 22 but after change to server 11 both live tv and vod has been working better than before.

Have three Avov's two tv onlines and one tv online+ on server 11 all getting two channels 162+164. no other channels will load! been this way since monday. What's up?

Yes channel 162 and 164 are the ONLY channels that actually load in the last 8 days. Definitely a server issue of some sort as I can do no more troubleshooting/resetting/power cycling/port switching and server edits for ZERO effect. After being with Rockets for over 8 years on IKSRocket and IPTVRocket I believe it's time to look else where for a new service. The grass "may" be greener somewhere else. Only time will tell but the complete silence coming from IKSRockets has been deafening. Sorry Mods but hearing that your "service" is always working or "they" are working on the issues is starting to mean nothing. Maybe I will have the same issues somewhere else but at this point in time, IKSRockets is not doing itself any good.

I went into "system info" on my AVOV 2, did a system update, as suggested above, I hit "check now" and it says that "My current version is the latest version" ... [build number 1.0.6], backed out and still get the message that "box is blocked by the server. pls contact ...}

Any ideas anyone ? Willing to try anything ..

Same problems as above on server 11 can't authenticate... Can sometimes get in but only one channel... Friend using NFPS but does not seem to have a problem...

Changed to 22 and did a reset, still same problem... Was worth a try... "Authentication not successful - Try again or contact your portal provider" the donation is active and all good on that side.

Problem is that the " iptv reset " convoluted trick does not always work...................very finicky........wish they would really fix the problem...........don't have much hope in that though

i dont think a reset will work i have all my channel on 4 boxes you can try and unplug the box give it some time and turn it back on think it on there end but could be wrong im not on your end
