ovr client no longer works with my iptv service

hi there guys. I am somewhat new to this so hope you can help
I donated for a iptv service and it came with a polugin for the programming and one for the pvr client
all was working great and then for some reason the pvr client stopped working. I am now on 16. kodi and using the same zip files and wheni configure it in still get nbo pvr client and when I use the one that's a default on kodi I now get booted out of kodi.

what is going on to cause this.

I can still use the channels through the video add on without a guide or pvr.
I cant go to a different version of kodi as I tried downgrading among a million other thingsa to no avail.
I don't know if I can say who I donated to
Any help would be appreciated

I have seen this happen, try uninstalling KODI and reinstalling, or go to Stalker Client NFPS.

Make sure you have all other PVR Clients and the video add-on disabled when you try to use the built-in Stalker Client. If that doesn't produce favorable results, you may have to reinstall, or drop back to an earlier save if you've done back-ups.

I didn't get a stalker client. I only got simple pvr client. I tried many different things. Now I read that it has been down. I want to have iptv stalker but don't know how to get it?

when i installed my iptv zip file and checked th3e portals ther was nothing visible in the mac address field. it was all X out.
so how ion gods name am i going to be able to fix the outhorization error if i cant get the number i was given two files when i made my donation
one was the iptv addon and the other was the pvr simple client
now you think that i would have gotten the said info when i paid but i didnt
the donation was iptv66 and their customer service has been NIL!!!!!!!
i had to get a person who advertosed their service to contact thisd person runn ing iks66 because he was not responding to any emails.
that being said does anyone have any idea how to help me with this issue?
i am attempting to add it to my ipad on kodi 16.1

Stalker Client is built into Kodi. When you look in Kodi's PVR Clients folder accessed from My Add-ons, Stalker Client is there.

System > Settings > My add-ons > PVR clients > Stalker client

You need to use your Donation Code for both the Username and Password when configuring the client. You should have received your Donation Code along with your MAC address when you purchased the service.

i cannot believe for the life of me why no one lenbds a hand when you are in desperate mode and you getr nowqhere from the person that sold you the iptv. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH HUMAN BEINGS

i am literally beggin here for someone to reach out and lend me a hand
when i was on the iks forum satfix there were so many people that assisted us people who just cat seem to find what the mods say i should have when setting up the iptv
whe ni paid for my service iu got two blody zip files

i am not the only one who is havin g this issue yet there is nowhere in my donation receipt that gives me any of this information and it is severely depressing that no one out here with knowledge can give me the time of day

i do not know if he was third party
i wqas on a good persons youtube channel and i respect him and he was advertising this so i gave it a shot
i dont want to talk down but this guy that i donated to had to be threatend with his service being removed from youtube channel until he finally did somethinng but it still doesnt work and i justw ant honesty and clarity

Yes, he's a 3rd party. You need the Donation Code and MAC address from him to configure any of the clients/add-ons. Those are the keys to the kingdom. Without them, you can't configure the add-ons. No one here is withholding anything. Now, if you have the video add-on working, as you suggested in the first thread, the configuration page would have both your MAC address and Donation Code. If it doesn't, then he sold you a hacked add-on that only worked temporarily. Again, that is not something that can be addressed from this end.

its there but it is crossed out hidden with characters so i cannot view it.
so basically i am screwed?
how do i know who to trust?

Yes, it is unfortunate. But it is like anything else... Which used car dealer is the best? You need to check around. Who gives the best haircut? You need to check around. I suspect if you did some searches on this guy, you would find out he isn't reputable. The reason you can't see the information in the add-on is because it is a hacked add-on.
